Welcome to ImagenAI Mobile

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ImagenAI Mobile application (“App”). By using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ImagenAI Mobile App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our App.

2. Description of Service

ImagenAI Mobile App is designed to provide AI image generation capabilities on Android devices. The App requires users to log in via Google and offers subscription tiers with different usage limits. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all warranties of any kind.

3. User Account

To use the ImagenAI Mobile App, you must:

  • Log in using your Google account
  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

The App offers various subscription plans with different usage limits. Details of each plan, including pricing and features, are available within the App.

4.2 Payment

  • All payments are processed through Google Play Billing
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method
  • Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings
  • Subscriptions cannot be refunded, but you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused periods

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of the ImagenAI Mobile App, you agree to:

  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the App for any unlawful or harmful purposes
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
  • Not generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the ImagenAI Mobile App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available in the ImagenAI Mobile App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ImagenAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content of the App.

8.1 User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of any images you generate using the App
  • By using our App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your generated content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your generated content does not infringe on the rights of others

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ImagenAI, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ImagenAI Mobile App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Google Play Policies

The ImagenAI Mobile App complies with all Google Play Developer Policies. Our use of Google Sign-In and Google Play Billing adheres to Google’s terms and conditions.
